My rating is sort of an aggregate/average ... ranges from 2 or less in the past, to 4 for the current visit at this location.
BF and I came off our evening city hike pretty hungry, and we were down to the BK, McD and KFC coupons not yet expired in the glove compartment. BK won for the night and in we headed for our late night dinner.
Turns out we didn't need the coupon, cuz the in-store promo was a cheaper version of the same deal. (Note to self: remember which chains do what for their marketing schemes ...) YAY! First extra star ..
It was clean and quiet, and wow was the staff efficient. Not only did they promptly process the order .. the food was ready in a flash! Clearly, we came at the optimum time for the night.
The staff was a little TOO prompt and efficient. When he proudly handed us our take-out bagged order, he forgot the cups for our combos. BF wasn't in so much of a rush that he grabbed the bag and ran. He reminded the staff, who cheerily apologized and BAM! Cups on the table. We're done so fast, I can barely check in and take any photos before BF is waaay ahead of me and hustling to get home!
Well .. we get to the drink dispensers and wow and woohoo! WOW! A fancy new brand of iced tea with its own machine, in 2 flavours (one being a nice sounding raspberry version). But ... WOOHOO!! Cherry Coke! :D OMG, now this elevates the meal to an awesome way to make it feel like the treat a take-out meal actually is in terms of both cost and calories used!
No bad surprises when we got home and opened the bag to dig in (except that we were missing the onion ring sauce). Oh well. At least they got the one rings, one fries part right, and no other screw-ups on the sandwiches. Quality of said burgers was good and overall, a very satisfying choice for the night.
What an improvement over the drive-thru visits I remember when the staff didn't know how to key rounded cash payments properly and were um .. B*y. Or messed up my order otherwise and were still .. B*y. Glad to see that the hiring manager has found some better help these days. I'm more inclined to come back sooner next time than the maybe 2 years since I swore off this location. Makes life a little more varied and convenient, hope it keeps up the improvements. -

Trust me I didn't eat all that by myself LOL. We got the roadhouse, angry, and whopper burger with fries. They taste good but not great (compared to other burger franchises).
Customer services: They were friendly and accommodating to our preferences such as not including certain veggies or sauces on the burgers.
Environment: really clean at the time I went there.
Parking: lots of space and it's free. They also have a drive thru. -

I used to be a Whopper Wednesday customer, but it's been a while since they had this so I thought I'd give the 2 for $7 mix and match special a try. Drove though, the speaker was incredibly loud and the woman on the other end just wanted to get the order and was clearly getting short with me reading the menu and asking for a min. I finally decided on a Whopper and Chicken sandwich.
I started with the chicken sandwich, which was cold and considerably smaller than the whopper (and small than I remember it as well). It was slapped together with all the mayo on one side of the sandwich and nothing on the other, I ate what I could by biting off a bit from each side to get a balanced taste....uhgh, no go and tossed it into the trash.
Next, the Whopper, it was better, warm and put together with some degree of care. Since I was in the mood for a Whopper and just had the worst chicken sandwich, I found it not bad. Not the best burger either and it did not shatter any expectations, but at least it was what I expected, no more, no less. -

The new funnel cake fries is absolutely disgusting. They were extremely oily and they tasted burnt. This makes me question how frequently they change their oil. When ordering at fast food restaurants I keep my level of expectations very low for customer service but how I was treated the other day was unacceptable. Thanks to you I will be going on a fast food cleanse. I will eat at home from now on. No more oily, stale and old tasting food!

Just came to get an ice cream for my daughter while we waited for my car at one of the nearby dealerships. It was plain in flavour, even the chocolate syrup was watery and not very chocolatey tasting.
The texture of the ice cream was granular. Thumbs down.
